I was planning on seeing you last night in Boulder. I was really looking forward to it during my busy and crazy and hectic and stressed out week as an island of fun. The Best Cookies I've had in a while
Yummy Cookies Mix together: 1 c. softened oleo or butter 1 c. sugar 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. peanut butter 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 2 tsp. baking soda diluted in 1 tsp. of water Add:  5 cups old-fashioned oatmeal and 1 pkg choc chips Bake on ungreased cookie sheet, 375 degrees, 10 - 12 mins. This is from our neighbor, she brought them over one day and I’ve been craving them ever...
